What happens if a mistake is made?
BY US...The item(s) will be replaced at NO extra charge but we will require the return of the original gift in it's bag/box/basket.
Collection will be arranged by us.

Can customers create their own basket?
Absolutely! In this eventuality we request a telephone number from you which will enable us to contact you to discuss what is possible to ensure the perfect end result.
Can a gift be delivered outside of Ireland?
Yes! Orders for the UK, Europe & the rest of the World will require your contact number to enable us to discuss the details of your order to ensure prompt delivery.

Our gifts will be delivered within Ireland by An Post.
When you place an order with us at "The Giftrooms.com" you are consenting to a delivery service by a third party.
We will do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery but once the order has left us it is in the hands of An Post therefore we cannot be responsible for late delivery.
However should a problem occur we will be only too happy to help!
Returns
In the unlikely event of gift(s) being below standard ie. Poor workmanship or faulty materials.
The gift(s) can be can be returned to us in an unused condition complete in the original wrapping or basket.
You will receive a full credit, an exchange or a full refund.
